I’m Erica L. Brasher, M.Ed., founder of Glow & Shear Studio. My background spans corporate training and instructional design, barbering, esthetics, loc care, coaching, and wellness—experiences that shaped the way I approach personalized care today.
I created Glow & Shear from a simple belief: self-care can do more than change how you look. With the right care, it can restore confidence, renew how you feel, and help you show up as your best self. That belief is at the heart of every Glow & Shear experience.
