Arrive with freshly shampooed, clean hair and scalp.

Depending on your hair’s growth pattern, gently separating your locs a couple of times per week can help keep them individually defined and make professional maintenance easier.
When locs become joined together, additional time may be needed during your appointment to separate them safely. Extensive separation counts toward your four-hour service time, and appointments exceeding four hours are subject to an additional $40 per hour. Consistent at-home care helps minimize unnecessary maintenance time and additional charges while supporting the long-term health of your locs.
Clean hair is essential for professional loc maintenance. Whether you’re scheduled for retightening or a retwist, please arrive with freshly shampooed hair and a clean scalp, free of excessive product buildup.
Shampoo service is available as a $35 add-on and is not included in your loc maintenance appointment. If you prefer professional shampooing, please select this add-on when booking so adequate time can be reserved.
If you arrive with hair that requires shampooing and decline the additional service, your appointment will be rescheduled and the applicable cancellation fee will be assessed.
Your Loc Retightening or Retwist Appointment includes up to four hours of service time. If additional work is needed beyond that time, an additional $40 per hour applies.
